Foreword

前言

This issue presents the contributions of colleagues from Asia, Australia, North America and Africa - all of which offer both Eastern and Western perspectives on practice with varied art forms. I am particularly pleased to see the first article about Andai dance written by Sharina - a native Mongolian in China - which bridges folk dance and dance/movement therapy while offering its own unique perspective. I hope that this article helps to inspire more Chinese scholars to share their works with counterparts in the world via CAET. I would like to express my appreciation to all the contributors in this issue and to our editorial team for their ongoing efforts to advance the Journal’s mission of East-West dialogue, cooperation and creation.

Enjoy reading CAET and we look forward to hearing your comments and feedback.
